See where paying customers come from
For one local pest-control business, PipelineOS connected three answers: where customer accounts came from, whether they had recorded payments, and how much had been paid by source. That gives the owner a clearer starting point for deciding where to focus marketing effort and budget.
Where did the customer find you?
Customer records carry source labels your team enters, like Google or ChatGPT.
Have they paid?
See whether an account has any recorded invoice payments. A payment does not necessarily mean the full balance is paid.
How much by source?
Payments are grouped by source label to show recorded totals.
Recorded payments by customer source
Total: about $21,400

How we checked it
We connected customer records to invoices using their shared customer ID, removed repeated invoice records, and excluded future-dated, void, draft and written-off invoices.
What it does not prove
Source labels were manually entered, they do not separate Google organic from Maps or paid search, and this is not causal attribution, profit, net revenue, a payment-date cash-flow report, bank reconciliation or a count of completed jobs. This case demonstrates measurement capability, not a guaranteed marketing outcome. Anonymous business, rounded numbers.
